[RF] Aero, the Peacock Aarakocra

This one was intense. Obviously this level of detail is a little outside my wheelhouse. I continue to think that someone else could have fulfilled this req better. That said, it was great practice and I LOVE when a request forces me to grow.

I tried to "imply" the tail feathers a few different ways, before giving up and painting them more carefully.

With wings and tail feathers like this, you gotta figure that the robes are open in back from shoulder to tail feather. Ooh la la.

How does a guy with a beak play the panflute? It's all for show - he's really whistling his beautiful birdsong.
